Good house but not taken care of issues

Overall it was okay but there is definitely room for improvement. The toilet seat was wobbly, the electric shower was either very hot or very cold but not in between and therefore it was dangerous and we had to use a plastic container from the kitchen to use the bath water. The bath bath couldn’t be used as the drain plug was inefficient and there was no handle to come out of the bath. There was only one tea towel, no coffee or milk, no kitchen paper. The frying pans had huge scratches and looked disgusting. The TV upstairs in the main bedroom didn’t work. The electric kettle needed descaling. Apart from these issues, the house and location was very good. Also, we were told we would get the email with a code to open the house, but it did not arrive and we wasted a lot of time to get it in the end.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Location was good but communication was very poor. We were unable to access the property at 3.10 as the housekeeper was still there. Although not sure what he had been doing as the outside bins were overflowing, grass overgrown (front & back) and the house was dirty! We cleaned the bath ourselves, only 1 toilet roll for 6 adults for 2 nights and the patio door was not securely fitted. It was a very disappointing stay as felt like dirty, student accommodation with limited equipment!
