We encourage you in this NAUTICAL HAVEN to disconnect to reconnect. Therefore we do not provide a TV. We do however provide high speed internet. Numerous toys, building blocks, games, books and cards can be found on bookshelves and in desk.
Breathtaking view of the wide canal from the amazing party deck that is partially covered. Large outdoor table and plenty of seating options including lounge chairs. The home offers a floating dock for swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking and bicycles. There is also a chiminea for cozy fires when conditions allow. Partially fenced in yard open on the canal side for your furry friends. Watch frequent dophin, manatee and other abundant aquatic life at night in front of the seawall. Fishing poles, kayaks, beach towels, kiddie pool, corn hole, grill, outside shower. Several bicycles are provided. Extras may be available upon request.
State and county parks on the water close by to enjoy beaches, hiking trails, bike trails, bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing charters, swimming, sunsets on the gulf from look out towers. Famous waterfront restaurants around the corner with live music, great food, cold drinks and beautiful sunsets. Carport and plenty of room for extra vehicles and your boat or jet ski trailer. Guests are asked to avoid parking in the street.

The boat lift is rented to a local family, they are authorized to park on the side of the house and use the side gate to access their boat. Guests will be given advanced notice when possible, if they plan on coming.
