Room and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even though it's a no smoking room.

We had a large suite with a kitchen and pullout in the livingroom. The kitchen was bare- no cups, dishes or utensils (only paper cups that burned in the microwave). They had a station with coffee/hot water in the lobby, but it was consistently cold. There were no linens, blanket or pillows in the room for the pull out sofa. While the front desk staff were friendly, they had difficulty finding these items and provided what they could. It was confusing why the room wasn’t stocked as it was indicated how many people were in our party. What was most surprising was that the room was not cleaned at all during our entire stay. While we didn’t necessarily need fresh towels each day, we had limited coffee provided, and expected it would be restocked each day and the trash to be removed. After 2 days, we asked the staff in the hall if they could kindly refresh our room. The woman we spoke to directed us to another as it wasn’t her hall, and we were directed to a man who appeared to be a supervisor. He verified our room number and affirmed they would. When we returned later that day, they had done nothing. When we were packing up to leave, our disabled child had to use the restroom, so we were maybe an extra 5-10 minutes in our room beyond check out. Housekeeping loudly pounded on our door less than 10 minutes after check out and seemed irritated we weren’t gone. When that was the only time they decided to show up, that was the final straw for me. For approx. $700/night, I’m disgusted.

The staff, most especially, Jeff, went to great lengths to honor our ré quest for a quieter room. Showing fine personal understanding and willingness to go beyond simple hospitality to ensure our comfort. Such extra effort is rare and highly commendable.

Nothing special… clean, convenient and safe.
