Caribbean Oasis - Spacious Beach Front Villa

Stay in a magnificent beachfront villa just 20 steps from the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. The house is located in Villa Palmira, a private, gated community on the beach nestled between the Punta Santiago Natural Reserve to the south and miles of beach to the north.

With over 4,000 sq. ft. of living area, this is the largest, most spacious home in the gated community of Villa Palmira. It is also one of the homes closest to the beach. Enjoy views of the beach and the ocean from the front porch, front living room, backyard, and the spacious second floor terrace. Few homes in the community offer beach and ocean views. The two-story Mediterranean home is completely furnished and fully air-conditioned, has four bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The bedrooms sleep 10 people comfortably on three queen-size beds and two king-size bed. A portable crib, high chair, and two full-size air mattresses are also available. A lush and vibrantly landscaped backyard awaits you with a private pool, outdoor shower, dining for six under the gazebo, a patio table for four, and gas grill. The kitchen and dining area were made for entertaining. The open layout seats 10 people comfortably between the dining table and the breakfast table with plenty of room for more. The house has several seating areas throughout: two living rooms on the first floor and two seating areas upstairs. A spacious 2nd floor terrace overlooks the beach and the ocean, perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Accommodations include flat screen TV, cable television, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Please note this is a private community and there is a county ordinance which prohibits the use of unnecessary noise such as loud music and congregation of people that will inconvenience, hassle or disturb anyone else in the community. These disturbances are subject to a fine of $200, the first time, $300 the second time and $500 the third time. If the first fine is not paid in 30 days, it will be charged with a misdemeanor and which could in prison up to six months of jail, or a fine of $5000. It is important that you abide by these rules as this would be charged to you as a tenant during your stay in my home.
