"We had been planning to visit for years to the Bay and now wish we had visited sooner. A fantastic base and house with no complaints. The unexpected addition of Wii and board games was a bonus and this should be advertised more as it was great family fun. For a long weekend family break we would 100% recommend. Also explore Flamborough Lighthouse and Selwicks Bay - one of the most beautiful places in the UK we have seen."

"Lovely warm welcome at check in and treats for my Labrador who thought it was great. This was my first solo holiday with my dog so was a little anxious but the warm welcome from staff that soon eased. I was given a map of the holiday village and told where to find everything and shown where to find my accommodation and parking. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again."

"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Shell Cottage with our little dog. We have visited the Bay a few times now and find it so quiet and relaxing. Shell Cottage was in a lovely position to get the sunshine in the morning while eating breakfast then again after a day out coming back and relaxing on the comfortable sofa with a cuppa feet up soaking up the sun through the front window, I was in my element. The bed was comfortable we slept very well. If I were to knit pick I would like to see the bathroom with a fresh coat of paint and more knives and forks as there were only 3 of each which was enough for my husband and I but a larger family would have problems eating together. Also need some teaspoons as there wasn’t any. All in all nothing stopped us from having a wonderful time at Shell Cottage and would certainly recommend it to others we didn’t want to leave to go home."

"Had a great 5 night stay at Baybreak. It is really lovely Tastefully decorated, comfortable. Well equipped and in a great location on the site and for exploring Filey and the surrounding areas. I Would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to My family and friends! One little issue was the patio, table and chairs were full of bird poo. I contacted anchor bay holidays who arranged for the patio all chairs and table to be jet washed the next day by the resort maintenance. The customer service received from Anthony was superb! responding promptly to my issue and updating same day, resolving the issue the next morning."
