"I was in town for work and arrived earlier than the official check-in time. The front desk was friendly and efficient—they had a room ready and checked me in with no hassle. Later that night, I needed some documents printed, and the staff took care of it quickly and professionally, even though it was late. The room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view. The desk setup was great for getting work done—comfortable and well-lit. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free stay, and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel for business travelers. Bonus points: the nachos from the Mexican restaurant on-site were actually pretty good."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great. We booked a suite and it was super nice. Plenty of room, really great views of Playhouse Square, including the chandelier! The room was clean and very comfortable. We sat at the bar and had drinks and an appetizer. The wait staff did a great job - everyone seemed happy and the vibe was inviting. The drinks were really good too! The Crowne Plaza is the place to stay when experiencing Playhouse Square. All the theaters are five mins away. Our dinner location (Centro) was the same - just five mins away. Valet parking made it very easy and convenient. "
