Staff was courteous and efficient. They cheerfully accommodated my request for an early check-in and had my key in hand in minutes. The room overall was fine. Only suggestions are that a) the exterior door needs weatherstripping and b) the toilet should be replaced with a taller one. It is pretty low for my nearly 60 year old knees. The exterior door was not really a concern this time of year, but I suspect there would be a draft in winter. Overall, though, I am extremely satisfied with my stay. Thanks!

I was extremely disappointed with the staff and the room. Last night we were woken up by a baby o'possum in the freaking room!! It was by the room phone so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for help. I had to call 5 or 6 times until someone answered, it wasn't even that late! Maybe 9:30 or 10pm at the latest! The guy who works the front desk was no help, we waited on him for quite a long time but he still never showed up. Luckily I was able to trap it in the trash can and barricaded it with pieces of cardboard and the full trash bag from the other can in the bathroom then I had to hurry next door to RedRoofs dumpster to toss the opossum in there with the trash. When I got back to Days Inn and went to the front desk, his only question was did I get a picture!!! The last thing on my mind was getting close enough to a wild and dangerous animal regardless of it being small, and without any protective gear, to take a dang picture! He couldve ran the cameras back to see me struggling to get it to stay in the trash can all the way to RedRoofs dumpster. I was able to get him to switch us rooms but it wasn't the same type of room nor did he offer any discounts or a refund which should've been the first thing he said!! I expect a refund from Expedia since that's how I made and paid for my reservation!!

Upon arrival, opened hotel room door and room was not made up or cleaned from previous guests. They moved us to another room. Ok but you could tell no deep cleaning or general wipe downs in quite some time. Took lukewarm showers and did not have daily clean towels.

The staff was friendly, the room was near a highly traveled road so the room was noisy also thin walls. Room was an older room but clean.The bed was a newer bed so very comfy. Overall a average for price and we did book the room last minute.

Hotel is in pretty poor condition. At the mercy of the spring game and other events going on, so limited choices. If we had paid the normal rate of $65 a night, wouldn’t complain, but $150 for the night is high for the conditions of the room and property.

The conditions of the room were below par but acceptable. There was a drug raid in the hotel that night. The worst part was the breakfast. We ate at 7:00 am. No one was in the breakfast room and there was cereal, 3 small muffins and 2 pieces of bread. When I ate one of the muffins it tasted like the hotel smelled.

Honestly, I checked in and checked right back out. Once I seen the room I was devastated it needs to be upgraded badly! Just old, dark, moldy smell I would probably never return. Great staff though I was refunded for my full price

Front desk attendant was pleasant. But... Vanity lights in the bathroom didn't work, loud humming from room behind ours, door key pad lock didn't work, flooring carpet ripped in one spot, some small holes in wall, drink from previous stay left in fridge, and fridge didn't work.

Broken glass on fire extinguisher door, stairs didn't feel like they were in good condition, beds weren't that great and were cheap quality, breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, just some cereal and muffins, but for $72 it was exactly what I expected and was alright if you are on a budgeted stay

Rooms possibly under renovation (demolition stage) whose door had been kicked in and easily opened with a screwdriver being rented to us when others were available like the one we were moved to directly across from a Macdonald construction site (somewhat more useful) followed by a “breakfast” with a choice of packaged bagels, cheep bread, Raisin Bran, small chocolate chip muffins, orange or apple juice and weak coffee with powdered creamer. Sounds appealing doesn’t it? And all this 50feet from a major highway with a train crossing complete with crossing whistle to lull you to sleep. The place should be closed down.
