Come visit this charming 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage near world renowned Whitepoint Beach . Located in Whitepoint Estates perfect for romance or with the kids. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the deck listening to the birds and the ocean. Have a relaxing fire in the outside fire pit, have a swing . Lots of privacy but only a 10 minute scenic walk to White Point Beach Resort where you can use all the resort has to offer (as part of your stay at Shellot) including a pool,hot tub,sauna and also a game room with pool table , ping pong and more. Enjoy a drink at the bar , have a meal at the dinning room or relax and enjoy a spa treatment. Get in a some golf at Whitepoint's on site course . Take a drive along Nova Scotia's coast and take in the beauty or find a spot to do a little fishing if you want . Only 10 minutes to Liverpool for shopping .
Hot tub / paddle boats / spa / pool ( indoor n outdoor)/ sauna / restaurant / ATM / weight room / games room are all at Whitepoint lodge 5 min drive and or a 10 minute walk (Due to Covid 19 some services not available ) ... 15 minutes to shopping. Check in at 4 pm ....check out at 10 am

Great cottage to stay at, walking distance to white point resort through a small pedestrian bridge (does not show up on google maps though). Very clean and very quite! Great spot to relax at

Perfect getaway

Our 2nd time staying at this property. Weather only cooperated for 1 day out of 3, but took full advantage of the White Point resort for the indoor pool for the kids! Highly recommend this property 👍

Janet was extremely responsive and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Location was awesome and it was a beautiful setting! Enjoyed sitting on the deck while drinking my morning coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home Away from Home

Thank you Janet & Greg for allowing us to use this home as a base for our vacation. It's location was perfect - allowing us to explore nearby beaches and visit with family. The children enjoyed riding their bikes via the Nature trail to the White Point Lodge and beach area for nightly campfire. It had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice home away from home.

This cottage is more like a home. Much bigger than it looks in the photos. Having the firepit was really nice, as well as access to Whitepoint was great! Everything you need for a great stay!

Very spacious, clean property with lots of amenities. (Beach chairs, games, bbq, AC in the master bedroom). Close to White Point resort and access to all amenities at the resort.

Very relaxing and stress free! A very comfortable place for our family. Kids really enjoyed exploring the area and making S’mores at night around the fire pit. Looking forward to returning to visit in the future.

Janet has a wonderful private property here. It’s so wonderful that she shares it! Quiet and peaceful, with just the sound of the ocean nearby. The only thing I wish is that I had booked a longer stay!

Quiet getaway spot

This property was in the woods close to White Point with plenty of space and comfortable. Thankful for flexibility of owners for check-in dates and times, and the nice gift basket. Close to White Point and great to use the amenities there, but road to the cottage has many potholes so need to beware when driving in.

Perfect relaxing vacation

This was our first trip to Nova Scotia and it was the perfect location and the house was exactly what we needed. We traveled with 3 kids ages 2, 3, and 4. We had most meals in but spent most our time Enjoying the outdoors. We especially loved visiting Summerville and Carters beach. We also took advantage of some activities at white point. Absolutely beautiful place and I enjoyed some Peaceful walks around!

Great cottage stay within walking distance of White Point

Cottage was exactly as pictured. Walking distance to White Point with access to their amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed (coffee and filters, oil, salt, pepper, etc). Janet was easy to communicate with and even left a thoughtful treat basket. Great spot on the South Shore for families or groups of travellers.
