Friendly staff and delicious foods. Big room with a great view. Actually is a 4 hotel complex with so many green places and swimming pools. The beach is very close. All inclusive service is always gave 10 kilos extra. Great holiday and unforgettable memories.

The personal was very friendly and help you when you have questions. The food was very good. The Room was comfy. The Wlan works not so well. only 1 minute to beach and the beach was stunning!

Some of the staff were extremely impolite and rude, when they wanted you to spend money they seemed to be much more friendly, will not be staying again. Hotel overall is good but some of the staff ( reception members make the place a lot less friendly than it should be)

Essen ist schlecht! Kaum Früchte und wenig Gemüse. Wifi muss extra bezahlt werden funktioniert schlecht bis gar nicht. Zimmer sind gross aber veraltet!

Mare pulito, ampie piscine, spettacolare aqua park, cibo mangiabile, bevande imbevibili, personale disponibile, bagno in camera con doccia priva di pressione e quantità di acqua vicina allo zero. TV SENZA BBC - CNN. WIFI A PAGAMENTO e funziona da schifo. Receptionists disponibili, soprattutto Mahmoud Hassan. In piscina Life Guards sempre attenti, soprattutto Sherif Arafa. IL NULLA nei dintorni. Se non fosse stato all inclusive, saremmo morti di stenti.

Bonjour, hôtel sympa proche de l eau , le personnel est adorable et très efficace au bar au restaurant pour le service de chambre aussi ! Le restaurant est bon et varié. Sauf le restaurant italien qui a que le nom… a éviter ! Deux points à revoir : Les animations sont vraiment pas gérés , ça manque de créativité !! Pour pas dire nulles !! Les personnes de l accueil sont vraiment pas bon !!

From waiting in front of the hotel ungreeted for someone to pickup my luggage, to poor room selection. Tasteless repeated food menu. Faulty elevators with no door sensors. Weak room doors with large gaps allowing wind and dust. Insects falling from the roof to the balcony. Noisy weak refrigerator.

Séjour agréable.

Bel hôtel, malgré la grandeur des chambres le mobilier reste vieillissant et décor à moderniser. Un peu bruyant dans les couloirs du bâtiment principal. Plage de sable Sympa. Les repas restent corrects et assez variés. Le personnel est souriant et avenant’ comme partout en Egypte. Les animateurs très conviviaux.

.Nettes Hotel direkt am Strand.Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber.Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Es könnten allerdings einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden. Z.b. an maschen Treppen fehlen Geländer.Der beheizte Pool müsste mit flachen Stufen begehbar sein( für Behinderte).Es fehlen kleine Schüsseln an der Marmeladentheke .Das Licht in den Zimmern ist zu dunkel.Man könnte besseres WC Papier verwenden.Außerdem könnte man ein Augenmerk auf die Gardinen richten.Schöne Gardinen sorgen für ein besseres Erscheinungsbild.Es gibt noch einige Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern.Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel ok.Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

L'hotel est sympathique et le personnel aux petits soins. Grandes spacieuses et confortable. A l'exception salle de bain qui mériteraient un rafraichissement. La restauration est de mauvaise qualités. Même si le personnel fait de son mieux avec les moyens du bord. Les animations sont nulles. Hotel idéal pour Kite et Windsurfer. Ce n'est pas un hotel pour les familles. La piscine n'est pas chauffée (eau à 22 degrés). La mer est plus chaude (30 degrés).

Ok hotell

På hotellet är personalen jätte trevliga speciellt i restaurangen. Kanske lite för lite aktiviteter under dagarna. Det fanns en jätte otrevligt receptionist som tydligen ansåg att min 10åringa dotter var vuxen och krävde att vi skulle betala extra. Rummen är jätte bra placerade nära stranden men det är väldigt gamla möbler som är väldigt ömtåliga.

Nice hotel with good facilities, low quality food

The hotel is rated as 3 or 4 stars, very spacious room with nice sea view, stuff are helpful. The only thing you may not like about this hotel is the quality of food.

Miserable Hotel

The worst ever. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and couldn't stay for one night even. The front liners are not professionals and don't know how to deal with guests. They were very tough with us and didn't show any flexibility. The restaurant was very very very dirty, bad smell everywhere and service was very poor. Food wasn't well cooked and drinks were hot and watered, as they add water to soft drinks!! Rooms furniture were very old, dirty and rooms were not cleaned with bad smell. Even the elevator was not working fine. We cancelled our stay after one hour in the hotel. They didn't bother themselves to offer better rooms and shown careless attitude for our request to cancel the stay. Don't go there even if it is for free.

The Worst Hotel Ever

Don't Book - Don't Book - Don't Book. Once we entered the Hotel we felt uncomfortable. The front officers are not professional and don't know the basic rules of dealing with gusts. The restaurant is very very very dirty and food is not cooked well. Service is miserable and bad smell everywhere in the hotel. Room furniture is very old and rooms are not clean. We couldn't stay a night in this unbelievable property and we cancelled our stay although we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights non-refundable. My advise to who will read this comment, don't book this hotel ever.
