I come here every year with my family as it's sentimental. Overall ok place but alot of the staff are terrible and only serve you of you give them tips daily. Management need to take control of this matter asap.

Amazing stay , very nice place to spend a lovely holiday at. Only drawback is that you have to take a bus/shuttle to the beach , but short distance nearly 10 mins. The beach is lovely and the pools are clean and nice

Fantastic property and staff, we were all well looked after. The water slides kept the kids and adults going for days and days. The only thing we thought would work better was to have an a la carte meal once a week and also some more premium drinks on offer but only minor issues.

A world class Hotel, very professional and helpful staff, special thanks to Reception team Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Yousef for great support. Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants. Great Buffet with lots of varieties and new dishes every day. The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish. I recommend it 100% and will love to come back again for sure

Very nice hotel, the food was average and there was not a lot of variety. There is a team at the hotel and they do lot of entertainements, shows and lot of stuff which is amazing. The shuttle service to go to the beach is amazing too.

Service from staff was very good, attentive and helpful. Disappointed that only location for cocktails was main bar in main building. Meaning a 5-10 minute walk to get drinks when by pool. Food options at the snack bars away from main pool were not same as main snack bar and needed to be the same to give consistency and all options.

Was amazingggggg! Excellent!! It was fantastic… definitely worth it especially for families and children. We had a fantastic time! Couldn’t have been better. The city Hurghada is definitely worth it to see and enjoy, cleanliness was 10/10.

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son and father-in-law. We all had a great time. It catered for all age groups. We loved all the food options and the chefs did a great job. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. It’s a place we would definitely stay in again. I would highly recommend it to any family with varying ages. What I loved most about the property was the water park and the many swimming pools along with my swim up pool attached to my room it was my first swim up room and it made my trip absolutely unique and memorable. I had privacy a back yard peace and quiet for my Birthday it was perfect and I would definitely return and recommend jaz Aquaviva to others.

Everything was lovely. Food wasn’t to my taste breakfast was great but lunch and dinner was not suited to English but you could always find something to eat just not very enjoyable. I would go back here definitely

This a good hotel, but the ‘all inclusive’ is limited, all said the main restaurant is very good, but the staff are an issue, you get ignored by many staff who just blank you! Reception is chaotic and over complicated, if you have an issue you have to explain it over and over to different people, getting a guest in took 30 mins! I wouldn’t go back myself but for families the aqua park would be massively good fun
