A special mention goes to HANY , whose friendly humour and energy truly enhanced the experience. He is a superstar and adds a personal touch to the resort atmosphere. 👏 Dining The food was delicious, with a wide variety that caters to all tastes. Restaurant staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. 😋 Accommodation Rooms are spacious, airy, and comfortable — ideal for relaxing after a day of activities. "The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!"
