The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value. What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality. "The overall the jasmine Palace was very clean and very tidy all the time. The staff was always present if we need anything, we could ask them anything and they would be able to help. We enjoyed the activities that the Jasmine Palace. There was one problem we had was that there was not a lot of choices on food. It looked like they were catering for non-vegetarian people."
