"فندق رائع جدا.. شاطئ رملي متميز ..جميع العاملين بالفندق ودودين بشوشين.. الريسبشن محترمين جدا وصلنا الساعه 10:00 تم تسليمنا الغرفه في اقل من ساعه ..الاكل رائع ومتنوع خاصه العشاء خدمه الغرف نظيفه جدا ومتميزه .. الفندق بالفعل كانه قطعه من جنه ابو سوما شكرا امارينا ابو سوما ولجميع الموظفين والعاملين والمشرفين والمديرين"

"Great hospitality and friendly staff Very welcoming place Clean rooms with very high standard of service Very helpful reception staff especially Mr Amr who were very helpful in check in/out. Great variety of arabian food especially the fayrooz restaurant. Safe for the kids Lovely sea and large pools This is my second time here and I am sure that it won't be the last."

"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."

"Nice comfortable rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful. Restaurant is very good. The location is excellent if you’re into snorkeling or diving. Best massage. It is not part of a big chain and you feel the warmth and attention the owner (who is a lovely man) brings to it. He realized a beautiful dream. Thank you for sharing your dream with us Stephan! "
