"My wife & I have just returned from our 10 night stay in Prima Life where I celebrated my 60th. My honest opinion of our stay is, I would consider this more a 4* hotel. Although the rooms were lovely they were not as I would expect as a 5* hotel. The rooms were clean and I opt for a sea view with balcony which was nice. Room cleaning was excellent and our room cleaner Ali was fantastic and did a great job. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay but we did get hounded by one of the staff members trying to sell us a candle light dinner & exclusive dinner every day even though I had already booked this ahead with Expedia but he made out I was not telling the truth. The overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend this hotel. The hotel has got some entertainment and some that is paid for. The trip with Tito’s to Make a wish (Magawish) island was worth every penny and would highly recommend it. It’s an all day trip with snorkeling and a stop to a lovely island, great scenery of pictures. If your traveling take Dollars and you do need a Visa purchased on arrival or online ahead. No credit cards accepted at the airport although you can withdraw money but the exchange rate isn’t great. "

"I was excited to check out this new property but was not as pleased as I would have liked. The room was VERY dusty and our feet got very dirty just walking around. They also put us in a shady back corner swim up on my literal birthday… the dinner buffet was a zoo and had no ambiance, the lights were so bright it was impossible to stay in the room for long. I knew the beach was mainly reef but it all just felt a bit lacking. It has a lot of potential and could be a great spot with some more care for detail. Check in was clunky and our driver was the one to help with our bags etc. instead of the many staff up front. I hope they get it together quickly!"

"We stayed at Jazz Aqua Marine and Jazz Bluemarine in Hurghada and it was truly an amazing experience. The resort is perfect for families, especially if you have kids. The aqua park and water slides are fantastic and kept everyone entertained all day. The service is exceptional. Staff are friendly, attentive, and everything feels well organized. One of the things I loved most is that it’s one of the few all-inclusive resorts in Egypt where you don’t need to queue or hustle for drinks. Everything is easily accessible and well stocked. There are food venues everywhere, with plenty of variety during all main meals and snacks in between, so you’ll never go hungry. The only downside is the beach. It’s very shallow, which makes it great for kids who can’t swim yet, but not ideal for adults looking to swim or snorkel. That said, the rest of the facilities more than make up for it. Overall, it’s a family haven. Relaxing, fun, and stress free. Highly recommended for families with kids. 10/10!"

"This is a very nice resort with three swimming pools, four restaurants, a large beach and beach front bars. As our suite had an individual pool, we did not spend much time around the large public pools. We did use the gym which had sufficient equipments for a workout. Buffet offered large selections. Room was comfortable. If we come back to the Red Sea, we will stay at this resort again. "

"The staff was amazing especially Abd El Hamid from housekeeping and Abd El Baset ( one of the chefs; he had Falafel prepared especially for me At breakfast), beach staff were brilliant. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely go back."

"I stayed here for many nights, the descriptions states it has few restaurants. But doesn't state you'll need to reserve 4 restaurants atleast 24-48hrs before.You cannot eat there without booking. There is only 1 main restaurant that has it's operating time. Breaky 7-10am, lunch 1-3pm dinner 7-9.30. There are not any snack places to eat if you have young children and want something for the them to have away from the designated times. Which is a downside to this resort as kids get hungry and need snacks throughout the day or your timings are just different. Ice cream is served daily 3-4pm only. Which is another downside for a 5star hotel. The are costs are extortionate for spa, and gym if you like to use it. You'll have haggle the prices not ideal for the guest. The hotel cleaning is utterly poorly. Our cleaner called Ahmed never changed our bedding, never refilled soaps or change towels. I used to tell him daily but he always ignored me. The reception didn't take the complaint on board either. Then resort itself is beautiful but doesn't hold 5star treatment. Ive been to better resorts and worth the money we pay. This resort is expensive but low standards. The location is futhur out. excursions prices will always be higher with additional costs. Its 45 mins away from airport. 20 mins away from Senzo mall and 1 hr away from Old dowtown hurghada. I've attached photos of the worn out bedding that they still use. Safety issue lifeguards are limited at pools and beachs."
