Great Hotel service Good reception, , I was pleased to meet the hotel manager Mr. Hamada and he was explaining the hotel facilities to us , Also the hotel provide excellent cleaning, Mr. Shoukry the rooms manager is doing great efforts following all needs and requests . the room is well maintained , the facilities are great , good food , good Cooktail service. My stay here was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed everything about Serry beach. The property was clean and modern. Employees were friendly and helpful. Fatma at the front desk was especially helpful and provided us with great local recommendations. I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. I would stay here again, and again. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very beautiful hotel

Staff went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Celebrated my birthday with free gestures. My only complaint is that the Uber app does not function on property. I had to have our daughter book from Cairo. The reason is that thr resort charges $40 to order an Uber. Booking through the app was only $9 USD for the same ride.

The unique thing was the staff and the service they provided to us or any other guest. They were very friendly and professional.I will revisit this hotel again. It was unforgetable vacation.
