"We arrived on October 18th around 1 PM and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Assem, one of the most professional and respectful people you could ever meet. He helped us with an upgrade to our rooms, and while waiting for them to be ready, we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, honestly above expectations. 🏖️ Facilities: • Pool: Big, clean, and very nice. • Aqua Park: Unfortunately, there’s barely one — just two small slides, nothing more. • Beach: Absolutely beautiful! You can see amazing fish and coral reefs. The beginning of the beach is sandy, and as you go deeper, you’ll find stunning coral areas — perfect for snorkeling. 🍽️ Food: • Savory food: Honestly, very tasty and varied, both for lunch and dinner. ⭐️ Rating: 9/10 • Desserts: This was the weakest part of the hotel. Most desserts weren’t good at all, and definitely not at the same level as the main food. Only one night they served special desserts that were nice. ⭐️ Rating: 2/10 Special thanks to Chef Gaber, who makes the best pizza by the beach during lunchtime — it’s really delicious! There’s also freshly made Egyptian feteer by the beach, which tastes great too. Animation Team: The animation team was friendly, active, and made the atmosphere very enjoyable. Overall, Prima Life Makadi is a lovely hotel with great food, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach — just needs improvement in the dessert section and aqua park. "

"A world class Hotel, very professional and helpful staff, special thanks to Reception team Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Yousef for great support. Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants. Great Buffet with lots of varieties and new dishes every day. The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish. I recommend it 100% and will love to come back again for sure"

"We had a great time as a family of 5 in the resort for ten nights. There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Drinks and refreshments were easy to reach and the main restaurant offers great variety and options. We also used the kids club and went to the kids disco at night which is very popular with young ones. Big thanks to Gazza and Kimo for all the entertainment, Fayza and her colleague for the massage and Mostafa for the great service at the Fellucca restaurant. And thanks to the room service team for the special towel arrangements in the shape of a birthday cake for our son’s 10th birthday! The only thing we missed was a good cup of coffee. There was not a decent cup of tea or coffee anywhere to help caffeine-fuelled parents!! An easy win if the resort could fix that. Strong recommendation to make sure you bring enough sun cream. We ran out and bought a local cream which although it stopped us burning, it gave us a rash and the kids’ skin was stinging. We ended up spending a lot for a European brand. We really had a good time. "

"I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room. Outstanding things: 1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature. "
