Wonderful experience! Great location, staff were very pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. Food was delicious with lots of variety! The beach is amazing and the water park is so much fun. The animation team are energetic and the night programs are entertaining. Special thanks to Mr. Magdy Fawzy for the upgrades and for making our stay exceptional. I will definitely recommend Siva Golden Bay for all friends…

We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow.

Voorop gesteld, dit was de 2de keer in deze accommodatie, de eerste keer perfect, alleen de bungalow lag erg ver lopen vanaf zwembad, restaurant e.d. Dus advies gevraagd voor een betere locatie voor de kamer een volgende keer, de ( duurdere ) junior suite zou het beste zijn, het zou ons aan niets ontbreken, RELAXED EN RUSTIG. Geboekt dus, toen we aankwamen bleek het een oude kamer, maar goed dat kan. Echter het was een gehorig hok, en zo bleek werden de kamers volgestopt met families met kleine kinderen, want ja er staat toch een slaapbank. Bij de vraag om een andere kamer kregen we 2 opties, en hebben er 1 gekozen die het beste leek, helaas nog aftandser dan de eerste en een verende vloer, doorgezakt bed, hele avond en nacht lawaai van alle airco’s en wij zijn echt wel wat gewend hoor want we hebben er zelf 3, maar dit was niet te doen. Gevraagd om de lege minibar te vullen met wat cola en bier, na verschillende telefoontjes kon dat en moesten we gewoon het afvullen volledig betalen, bij gebruik of niet, 4 blikjes cola en 4 blikken bier € 40,00. Tuurlijk kennen wij het principe minibar, je betaald wat je gebruikt bij vertrek en je weet dat daar woekerprijzen voor gevraagd worden, dus eigen keus. Maar het afvullen betalen? Uiteindelijk werd ons een gratis a la carte diner als vergoeding aangeboden, laat de a la carte diners in Siva nu gewoon inclusief zijn dus een lachertje. We kunnen nog wel even doorgaan. We zijn een dag eerder uitgecheckt, nooit meer helaas.

Siva Golden Bay è un ottimo resort con belle camere, buon cibo, spiaggia cristallina, barriera corallina sorprendente e personale gentilissimo sempre pronto ad aiutare (Magdi alla reception è una persona squisita). Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che cercano comfort, relax al giusto prezzo.
