Room was clean and functional. Bar area was small but ok as wasn’t too busy. Too many emails and texts for check in and door code wasn’t received so still had to wait at reception to get that. We were going to use the pool but at £12 per person it was not worth it - there should at least be a concession rate for hotel guests. A functional stay but couldn’t consider it a good one.

A surprisingly very quiet hotel as so close to the airport! We had an excellent stay in the quietest room ever! The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. So convenient for terminal 5 departures and arrivals, just a short walk away. Just a shame we weren’t staying longer.
