Regarding VIP access, I did inquire about any perks but wasn’t offered any. At check-in upgrading wasn’t offered. I did request a few extra bottles of water (there were 2 in the room and I stayed 3 nights) but was told that I would have to purchase them. I found Dawn, the restaurant, disappointing and ate elsewhere ~ I had hoped to eat at the hotel each morning. I hadn’t thought to look into if there was an onsite gym and there is not, the hotel offers a deal at another location but it isn’t convenient. My last night at the hotel there was an electronic tone that lasted for hours: I didn’t feel like I could go to Dawn/restaurant area and request a room change so dealth with it. I would not stay here again.

Spotless rooms, amazing staff, beautiful design

The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. I have no complaints. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again if I visit Nashville in the future.

I was really happy with our decision to stay at the Conrad. It does require a bit of walking but that was not a problem for us and, you can grab an uber or even take the complementary car if it is available (really great to have this as an option). I can’t imagine staying right downtown. And we were there in a far less busy time (November). The hotel itself is lovely - very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, good customer service, quiet and generally friendly staff, especially the bar and restaurant and the bell/concierge staff . I would definitely return.
