Only negative thing was no fault of the homeowner, we were there in early spring and nearby farm had fertilized, making the outdoor area not smell great. I am sure that was just unlucky timing. The property itself is fantastic. Plenty of room for the family to sprawl out and you can tell it’s very well taken care of. Everything was clean and property looked exactly like the pictures.
