This place has incredibly kind staff and the gentleman from Colorado is the go the extra mile guy to make sure you enjoy an excellent visit in this perfect part of town for everything. The Chilean gentleman is also incredible and greeted us so warmly. Stayed in suite 508 and sit before you open currents and see the view over the mountains otherwise; you will fall over how beautiful this place is.
The hotel itself used good materials to build but with time it gets a little tired but aside from that - spotless.

Great location within a short walk to the downtown shops. Also, there is a great outdoor heated spa/hot tub. The in-house restaurant was also excellent plus you get 15% off meals.

Hotel is easy to find. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is the bed are too soft, no support at all. Breakfast is ok, only hot food they offer is self made waffles. Also we can access the gym next door, plus hot tub and sauna.
