"Only two towels in the room for two people . We wanted to use a towel after hot springs and another one for showering , well that did not happen .however - awesome location !"

"This property is located in the suburbs of Reykjavik -- on the eastern edge of town. There is an important issue not made clear on the Expedia listing: there is no receptionist. Nobody is there at the site. Even if you book here on Expedia, the owner will email you a code that you use to enter the property and your room. I did not know this and got stranded at the door searching for the email for about 10 minutes. The apartment itself was quiet, spacious and bright -- I liked it. Downside is that they don't make up your room daily or remove your trash. I stayed for 3 nights, and they never made my room. The washing machine on my floor was broken. There is plenty of parking in front of the building. Locations is great for exploring Iceland -- it is better than staying downtown. I saw solo travelers, families and couples."
