"Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. "

"Host very well at communicating and the house was very clean with plenty of kitchenware. Great house to host big families or multiple families. Dining room table seats 10. Location is great as well. Short drive to town and 10-15 minutes to mountains. 4 stars only because the TV downstairs was a little outdated and was not able to login to streaming services for kids to watch something while relaxing downstairs. The other reason (could be due to season) but there were no chairs by the fire pit. Overall we really did enjoy the stay and the decor was beautiful. Loved the "bear" table. "

"This property was perfect for our large family vacation. It was easy to access, very comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Communication with the manager was excellent and all of our questions were handled promptly. We ordered a baby crib and baby gate for our stay, and that service was also outstanding.We especially appreciated that the home is dog-friendly. The downstairs felt like a separate apartment, which was ideal for extra guests and kids. The linens and towels were first-class, and everything felt well cared for. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future."
