The air conditioning was awesome! My room was set at 63 and it was great. The fridge was cold as well. No hair dryer or hangers, had to ask for them. Room seemed clean enough but my remote control was so gross, looked like it was cleaned for years. There was dust over window sills and on top of hooks.

El desayuno estuvo exquisito y diverso. Also, la localización estuvo buena, like, queda todo cerca. 100% recomendado.

That hotel is not only overrated, the room are set up for one person. NO room to walk around, internet service was horrible, the shower was not clean. Sufficient toilet papers, stains on towels, loud noises at night, charged for things that I didn't use or had attention to use. $66 was charged for doing nothing. I didn't need or use any of the facilities as staying in NYC has no need for it. The pillow was uncomfortable. The hotel room arrangements is not fire proof. I will never referred or stay there.

Room was clean for the most part. However, the room had no hot water, no ac in the unit, and parts of the mattress were dirty under the sheets. Had to ask the front desk for a new room at 2am because was too hot to sleep. I was eventually provided with one that worked with AC in the morning and I was told that I would be reimbursed for that day. I was told by front desk staff multiple times that they would leave a note with management. Once I received the room, new room smelled like marijuana smoke. Upon complaining, they handed me a febreeze bottle. I decided not to further press the issue as leaving the AC on while I was gone seemed to help reduce the smell. As I was checking out of the hotel, I asked the front desk person to confirm if a note was left, and there was no note left behind for management, and was instead at the end to contact the Guest Relations Manager. Will update review once I am followed up with the manager.

Staff was amazing from the welcome we received at checkin to the frequent suggestions and assistance with restaurant recommendations and things to do. Stephanie and Sparks were so delightful. Greeting us every day and asking if they could be of assistance. We will definitely be back. Lovely rooms, clean, comfortable beds and great location.
