"What a great find! A beautifully renovated property in a charming area of Umbria. There were many types of rooms to choose from. Our room was spacious and modern yet comfortable. Anna at reception was so friendly and helpful! The buffet breakfast included many choices of pastries, fruit, and hot and cold choices. I highly recommend a stay at the Monteleone!"

"The owner is very nice, the place is clean and quiet. Small but nice pool, great for hot days. No aircon and need of a car to eat (restaurant is closed) are the only two minor items."

"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."

"Used as an overnight stop to S Italy, this hotel was very convenient for the A1 and excellent value for money. The owner/manager is welcoming, helpful and speaks good English. Generous breakfast with delicious fresh pasties made by the owners brother."

"This resort is amazing, the rooms are large and it’s in such a peaceful relaxing location while still close to surrounding towns. We had dinner at The restaurant Osmosi, Michelin star rated, was the most amazing meal. The staff make you feel so welcome. Can’t wait to go back. "

"Beautiful villa! Everything was so cozy and inviting. The staff was very attentive and friendly- they went out of their way to accommodate us for breakfast since we were exhausted and slept in. Food was incredible, chef made and always served with a smile and light conversation. 100% would recommend and would love to return in the future ! Location was perfect as well and made trips to nearby towns/ sightseeing a breeze!!!"
