The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. If you're seeking superior service, delicious food, and impressive accommodations, this hotel offers all that and more. I can confidently say I will be returning again. "The hotel was excellent. Special mention to: Mayeuresh -excellent gym trainer. Should definitely have his own session in physiotherapy. Thai Massage. He helped me quite a bit with cramps/muscle strain Marshall, citrus restaurant. Another excellent member of staff. Very attentive. Very nice day very enjoyable. Prapti-citrus -very hard-working member of staff with excellent interpersonal skills. Sony – excellent, Yoga Teacher. Praveen – Reception. Excellent member of staff made our check in and checking out very easy and welcoming."
