"I have literally just walked into my house after my journey from Mumbai.I love everything about the hotel especially the staff. They are adorable, kind, thoughtful and attentive,nothing is too much trouble. As a returning customer, I had a wonderful welcome back and so did the friend who went with me (her first time). "the rooms and facilities were not kept well, seepage throughout the room, visible electric faults, rooms were dusty, the AC was broken. There were quite a few issues with the hygiene and upkeep of rooms, the staff was pleasant and swift. I have stayed at the property previously and sad to see such poor upkeep."
