"I stayed for one night during half term with my 10 year old. Staff were extremely friendly, greeting us and taking time for a chat with my son at check in and check out. Check-in, breakfast etc went smoothly and my son particularly loved the pancake machine! Our room was clean and had everything needed. Parking is under the hotel so very convenient."

"Great food, breakfast is fabulous lots of choice and actually the hot breakfast was hot which was great compared to other hotels, lovely helpful staff, huge suite, just needs brightening with some colour and touches here and there. Air con needs checking as wasn’t that cold and I am a hot person so really wanted it to be better. Shame there is no jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is shallow both ends but I did have a lovely massage with Brenda. Overall lovely stay definitely stay again."

The issue was the swimming pool, you have to call and book, and then you only get 30 mins in there (which we were not told), we were told to get out after 25 mins of our start time even tho the pool had only a few people in it. "We had the best stay at The Village Hotel Bracknell. We had a family room for 3 nights and this included 2 kingsized beds and a very modern feel. My children loved the room and amenities at the hotel, we used the pub/restaurant and Starbucks. I want to say a particular thank you to a lady who checked us in, I didn’t catch her name but she has 4 boys and was so sweet with my girls. Always went out her way to say hello and make an effect. Another thank you to the housekeeping team, they were amazing and refreshed our room every day. Nothing was too much trouble and make such an effort. You should be so pleased to have amazing staff like this and it made the work of difference to our stay! I would definitely recommend and would come back for a trip again! ☺️"

Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion.
