"We highly recommend The Store which is very centrally located in Oxford with easy access to the train and bus depots. Thoughtful decor and furnishings in our Superior Super King Room provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Surprise touches that we appreciated included listening to a Jazz Divas LP on a phonograph and receiving a Christmas stocking filled with goodies. Room was very clean and spacious. Large bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a huge seperate tub. Good quality amenities were replenished daily. Excellent staff; everyone we met was professional, engaged, and ready to help. Overall, we had an excellent stay!"

"I would recommend the castle hotel to everyone. Lovely hotel, great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. On arrival to the hotel, I went to check in, and found I’d booked the wrong date, I was a week early. Expedia did nothing whatsoever to help me, apart from try to charge me the same price of the room again, to change my booking, even though I spend £1000s through them every year. It was my mistake, but I found Expedias response to the situation very disappointing. However, the lady on reception and someone from the reservations team…. I can’t remember either of their names, did everything they could to help and even got me a refund on the room that I incorrectly booked and I can’t thank them enough. If you ever stay in Windsor, then make sure you stay here "

"Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading! "This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel. "
