"We stayed 4 nights. Stayed here last year. Rooms are nice. Was upgraded being a Radisson member. Charging your guests £5 to swim and steam is a no no. Reshma in reception was wonderful and gives the hotel a human touch. Restaurant only has Italian cuisine."

"This hotel was easy to get to for a quick overnight stay. Check in was easy and we had a quick late night meal when we arrived. We arrived late and were exhausted. We were so tired when we finally got into bed, I noticed that the bed felt very stiff and lumpy, but I was so exhausted that I immediately fell asleep. However, upon waking, I did notice the lumpy bed again and examined it further. It appeared to have a nice pillow-top mattress on it, however, someone apparently flipped the mattress and I was sleeping on the underside with springs. Oh well. Maybe housekeeping needs to be educated about these mattresses. I alerted the housekeeper upon departure."
