"Bedrooms were lovely and most of the staff couldn’t do more to help you. The gym is very basic , and was disappointed the pool was cold and lots of tiles need fixing. Breakfast choice and quality was good"

"Beautiful old Manor House converted into a hotel. Very quiet location, plenty of parking facilities, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely restaurant overlooking the grounds, breakfast was beautifully cooked and served. I’d certainly use this hotel again."

"The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection but I don't think all of it was cooked fresh. The bacon was very hard and not easy to cut. The toast was not as one would expect toast to be, it seemed as if it was bread that was put in a pan with oil and served. But nothing was too much trouble for the staff."

"Second visit since February, staff are superb, can’t do enough for you. Perfect base to visit Windsor from, will definitely return again."

"Compact room. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Fridge with complimentary water & other drinks. Well appointed bathroom (but no toilet brush) with an excellent shower and bathroom fitments. Friendly staff. Problem with one of the evening dinners which was resolved without any problem and substuted with an excellent replacement (delicious). Well stocked bar - three cask ales. "

"I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money. My only negative is that the housekeeper mustn’t of looked inside the kettle because it wasn’t pleasant and needs replacing. But I just used the kitchen kettle for my morning coffees. "
