"I love this hotel. Its a great place to stay for a layover in London. The Belle Epoque restaurant is excellent, the spa is also wonderful with first class treatment options. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped."

I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did"
