"We had a large room in the main part of hotel, overlooking the river, all the staff were very helpful, the hotel was very close to all the amenities that we wanted to see. All in all, an excellent visit, we will return again."

"Very nice, comfortable room, nice to have the kitchen. Lots of space outside to eat and relax! The kids loved the animals and that it’s clise to Legoland! The restaurant near by was really nice too and also easy to get around without a car."

"It’s a 500 year old property so the floors are very uneven and creaky but this just adds to its charm. The room was lovely, good facilities and breakfast was very good. The position of the pub is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the river so very easy for the boat to the races or a walk into central Windsor. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Not modern, no aircon but delightful."

"Really enjoyed my stay there. The owner was very accommodating and prepare an excellent breakfast the next morning I would stay there again my new favorite place in Windsor."

"A few hiccups with the check-in- but it was very quickly resolved, and communication with the owner was great. The apartment was in a great position and even though it was overlooking the Weatherspoons terrace, it did not disturb our nights sleep at all. The apartment had pretty much all you need, and it is very central. Parking was great. So may decent cafe's and restaurants in the vicinity, we will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to stop at Cavendish house again."
