"Wonderful staff at check-in, we had two rooms as a family of four and she offered to move one so the rooms were closer together. Rooms are comfortable, simple and exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay before an early morning flight."

"The first night of our stay we had 4 tour buses of people in the hotel as well as ourselves. so it was rather busy. We decided to eat at their restaurant. We were seated and waited for a waitress. I finally mentioned to the girl who seated us that we were ready to order. She told us to order at the bar. My husband went over ordered 2 American burgers explained the first one as described, and the second without relish and extra onion. We got one burger...we asked about the second.but we were only charged for one, so we ordered again, same bartender, not clear english, waited for the second one. The receptionist said she gave us " an upgrade". However, the room was exactly as described and as we expected. Nothing upgraded about it. Was conveniently located near bus stop and not far from train station. Breakfast service was hot and cold. Good variety. Second day Breakfast service was ready, but not available for 7 am. Had to take a go bag Water had a metal taste to it. Barely hot water for shower. Parking available, but must pay for parking."

"Surprisingly good! Perhaps as I’d booked months early, I was given a nice sized room in an extremely quiet tucked away corner. Ceiling to floor thick curtains created complete darkness. The two combined created a very pleasant experience and a great, long sleep. Other nice little touches were also appreciated. Even the room temperature was perfect without any action by me. Only gripe was the young woman at the counter at checkout with an impressively indifferent approach to customer service, particularly as I didn’t present her anything but simple questions; afraid she spoiled the potential perfect score."

"room was cleaned daily, however, on one of the days we returned back to the room around 11pm, after being out all day, door had not been shut properly and was left open, black bin bag full of rubbish, not just ours, was left open in the room. outside windows were very dirty and needed cleaning. TV - does not allow you to see what is on the TV, you just have to channel surf, volume is set at 22 for the highest, which is not very high and struggled to hear the TV. Stayed 5 nights, and room was not hoovered or the bathroom floor brushed the whole time. Kettle in the room leaks when filled up"
