"Check in very friendly and efficient. The whole hotel had a lovely upmarket feel. Lots of glass elevators. It was very easy to get to terminal five and two and three. Nice cocktails in the bar. A bit limited in range but i enjoyed a dark and stormy and a glass of champagne. I then ate in La Belle Epoque restaurant and the souffle was to die for and the beef very flavourful. The vegetables with a honey glaze i think were delicious."

"A no-brainer to stay here if you’re arriving or departing out of Terminal 4. But a bit tricky, if traveling in and out of terminal 5. You can reach the hotel through a covered passageway right from T4 and there is easy access immediately at the entrance to T4 with an elevator that will take you to the trains and T2 and T3.
