"This rental was not at all what the pics and reviews portrayed. We have stayed in many rentals throughout the past several years and this was by far the worst. It was not cleaned properly ( ie bathroom trash from previous guests still in the bin, coffee trash from previous guest still in the coffee machine and not properly disposed of, bathroom/toilet was dirty, etc) When you can easily see what hasn’t been cleaned , you are left with no choice but to assume there are things you can’t see that haven’t been cleaned. I would not recommend staying here. We have asked for a refund with no response. "

"Overall wonderful experience, all staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and fresh, bed comfortable and all linens smelled delightful! Located on a bus route, easy walk into town Centre, various shops/eateries a few minutes walk away from hotel. I will definitely stay there again. "

"The best things about Premier Suites are the excellent location a block from the town center and the excellent accomodating staff. The elevator was out of service during our stay and the very kind desk attendant immediately offered to change our room from the top level to the 1st floor."
