"Room initially was not clean but they changed the room "

"Welcoming staff as always. Coming off an overnight flight, it is always a relief to check in here and to have a room available straight away. The bathroom was a little shabby, but was clean. We had booked a runway view room and it didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and really fresh. It’s refreshing to see the same staff at breakfast. Even nicer that they recognised us. Easy to get to Heathrow Airport via the hotel hoppa bus, the service bus or an Uber. Looking forward to my next trip out of Heathrow so I can stay here again."

"As this is a hotel next to the airport, and many people have early flights, it would be good if breakfast started at 5. Rooms are a bit tired too. "

"The Hyatt at Heathrow is a nice, clean hotel to stay and very convenient to the airport via the U3 bus. My room was clean and very comfortable. I will continue to stay here even though the vegan menu is got as good as it used to be."

"After 20 years of my last stay in this property, it was refreshing to see that they have not went down a notch. Rooms were uograded, restaurant was very nice, overall displayed a pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. This is a great place to stay next time you be in Heathrow airport."

"Nice hotel but the bed was not very comfortable. Billed as a premium room but had 2 single beds (they were large single beds) but the duvet's were too small for the beds. The shower area had signs of limescale on the shower head and could have done with a deep clean. The door to the room didn't close on its own so had to be careful not to leave it unlatched. Only minor issues but for the price I'd expect better quality TBH."
