Great location close to Heathrow for our early morning flight. Easy with the airport shuttle. Nice size rooms, clean, good restaurant on site so you don’t need to leave the hotel. Best thing was the pool with sauna & steam room.

I booked a cosy room which was perfect for me. As a solo traveller. It had everything I needed for a short stay and the bed was super comfy with a lovely thick duvet. The room got quite cold though but after speaking to reception, the maintenance team were very helpful and brought me a stand alone radiator which made my stay extra cosy. The only thing that could have made my stay even better would be extra hot chocolate in the room and biscuits to be provided to snack on.

The room was clean,warm and had all required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lift was not working on level 3 so quite a walk to the next ones with heavy luggage. Otherwise lovely.
