We liked the clean, modern style of the place - in particular the dining room. And the friendly efficiency of the reception staff - also the excellent food.
This was the first time staying here, rooms are large and clean with comfy beds but when we arrived in the early evening the room was quite cold and even after turning up the heat it didn't seem to do much. During the night while in bed the heating seem to come on and really warm the room up, not really the time it is needed..Overall it was a good stay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Breakfast could be much better, however evening meals were nice.
Excellent - We were running very late to check in due to Motorway crash but no problem for the hotel. Philip handled it with humour and efficiency
Highly recommended
very pleasant Hotel with a comfortable room, was only a quick stop over so not able to make full use of the Hotel. Would be more than happy to stay again, breakfast was of a good standard with polite staff.
Great overnight stay, the staff are brilliant, the food was lovely and the all around ambience was relaxing and beautiful. Loved every minute, the hotel is great and would thoroughly recommend them.
Book with them directly rather than a third party the staff are very welcoming and friendly and will help you with anything that you need.
Nice hotel but expensive for food.
Nearly forty quid for sirloin steak, don't think so....

The hotel is very quiet, if thats what you are seeking, you'll be in luck.
It has a good location just of the M40 junction, but you would never know it, very handy for the villages and towns within a reasonable distance
We knew the hotel well beforehand and have stayed in the past, it's fine, more of a 'wedding type' venue with little to no vibe, but thats fine, lots of parking and EV chargers, good access to Thame, Stockenchurch, Chinnor and Watlington.

Ground floor room perfect as I struggle to walk. It was rather warm when we were staying and I was extremely glad we brought our own fan as no fan/air con in room.
Bed a bit hard for me, ended up with sore back.
Room clean and bed beautifully made. They forgot about our bathroom on 2nd morning.
Breakfast was ok. But get there early as it’s not big area and you could wait ages to get a coffee/tea. Staff very pleasant and polite.
At the disabled parking I pointed out that a nasty accident was waiting to happen as there was an unmarked drop at the planters onto a path. Definitely needs to be highlighted.
Overall, it was a decent stay. We stayed there as is near our daughters in Chinnor. Will be back.

Liked: Cleanliness
Stayed one night. Chose this hotel for its convenient location, between Oxford and Windsor. Reasonably priced so didn’t expect luxury. Basic rooms and acceptable food options.
Rooms could have had heating on prior to our arrival, but warmed up quickly once adjusted.
