The room was well maintained with an excellent shower. One tile n the bathroom needs re- grouting but no big deal . Room 129. Staff were generally friendly, but TBH we didn’t have a lot of interaction with them which was fine for us. If get breakfast was warm & a adequate selection, though a mall amount of manners by some guests wouldn’t go a miss.The location is the star, just 20 mins walk to the centre & simple to navigate. Tight parking on the front of the premises, but plenty of spaces around the back . Overall the hotel ticks all the boxes for a base if your visiting Oxford for a few days .

Nice hotel and area, c 20 min walk from centre. Great breakfast, lots choice and good quality. Could improve small things in room - provide non slip mat for shower in bath, check and repair fittings (taps difficult to turn off, extractor not working).
