Me encanto la variedad de cosas que tenian en el desayuno, me enacanto despertar y oir el canto de los pajaritos. Muy amables las personas en el hotel, aunque al principio se confundieron y me dieron un cuarto que aun no estaba limpio, pero solucionaron el problema y se disculparon. Y si alguien va recuerdo que hay que pagar un impuesto extra cuando haces el check in, pero no es mucho. Me encanto el jardin esta hermoso y se siente una paz enorme. Te lo recomiemdo. Yo fui con mis padres y a mis padres les encanto.

Great location and fantastic pool area. Lovely garden and very traditional hacienda style. Room was basic and was two rooms adjoined so only one got air con. Hotel restaurant breakfast ok, lunch not great better to eat out.

The room condition is bad, specifically the bathroom. This hotel has lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance and less facilities.

Pretty grounds, perhaps it was a monastery before so it is old and outdated. The room didn’t have hand or feet towel and I had to ask for it. Seems that they are understaffed because we asked for a drink at the pool and after 30 minutes we had to cancel because we were going back to our room. Pool was ok. At night they kept the lights off in the halls so we had to use our phone flashlight to see the way to our room. Breakfast was average.

DM Mossone
Fantastic stay at the DM Mossone Hotel in Huacachina, Peru. Its right beside the lake and offers complimentary breakfast. The room was large and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.

This property definitely fell short of our expectations; though the check-in process was relatively painless (they speak very little English, if any), the rooms were not as we expected. It felt like walking into a motel; the shower was moldy and there were a few spider webs around the room. The bed comforter/sheets didn't feel clean, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The courtyard was beautiful, and due to cold weather we didn't get to use the pool.

The property is very nice but this is very misleading. The room are dirty. I found many insects in the bathroom, the water of the shower was cold after about 2 minutes and the water could not go in the shower drain, it was blocked. Rooms are disgusting. Breakfast had very limited options, even if this was a buffet, this was the worst I had in my travel. They definitely need to remodel the rooms, for this price, it does not worth staying there at all.

Staff are really nice. Property is in need of repairs. Paint peeling in rooms, light fixtures falling off, soap dispenser in shower fell off the wall, lots of water pressure in shower but no hot water, food at restaurant for dinner seemed like it was made from frozen or canned, garden area is very nice and peaceful, for the amount they charge I expected better

Loved the location right on the oasis. This is a historic property, the first resort in the area. We really enjoyed the pool area. Bird song woke us every morning due to the beautiful garden in the courtyard. It is an old building with a lot of wear and tear and cleanliness in the bathroom was an issue due to presence of ants.

Noisy hotel
The hotel is in a nice colonial building. However, the rooms haven't been maintained for years - cabinets are broken, or even missing (we only had a bedstand on one side of the bed). The main complaint about the hotel is the noise - there was extremely loud music from a nearby bar until early morning.

This hotel is completely overvalued. They charged me as a high end hotel And it was not even a one star hotel. The breakfast started at 7:30 am so if you travel you don’t get the benefit. Hotels around are nicer with restaurant service.
