"Great clean room, staff are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. A bit of a walk from Shibuya station but overall in a more quiet and relaxed part of the city, a nice break from the huge crowds"

"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"Cozy neighborhood and very friendly and helpful staff! Basic accommodations and amenities, but you get what you pay for. Would recommend, as long as your expectations are reasonable."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming me very friendly. The room had a large luggage storage area and a small locker inside the bunk. The room I was in was in was on the top floor with no elevator so it was a little awkward arriving and leaving. Bunks were brand new built from wood and were a little noisy as they acted like a boom box for any neighbouring noise. Showers and toilets were perfectly clean and weren’t an issue for noise when sleeping"

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Good location for those who don’t need to stay in the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of Tokyo but would like easy access to them via transit. Would stay again!"
"This room was perfect for us and had everything we could have wished for. Beds ware so comfortable, room was cleaned daily, water pressure in the shower amazing. The easiest self check in and out and the best breakfast varieties with perfect choices of western and Japanese food. The staff was also amazing, helped us with getting a taxi and bringing our suitcases to the car."
"I have stayed here many times. I highly recommend the newly renovated rooms. the bathroom doesn't have that muggy smell and the layout is much better, it feels bigger."
"We were there for 5 nights and the rooms were actually super small, totally not suitable for two people for two large suitcases. Also the hotel has over 600 rooms but only 3 washing machines. We tried using them 4 times but they were always busy with over 2 hours wait. We didn’t waste time doing laundry as we wanted to see Tokyo. Maybe the hotel should provide a laundry service? That’s the only reason why I have given it 3 stars because other then these few things the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and the property was close to a lot of food places and of course a 7 eleven right outside the door!"
"The room size is what you should expect while traveling in Tokyo. It was just right, having enough room for two large suitcases (we stacked ours on top of each other) and being able to move freely about the space. The view was spectacular and the cleanliness and friendly staff made this stay great. I am a shower and water pressure junkie - and the bathroom and shower were the standouts in this hotel. After a long day of walking around, it was so nice to have a nice, hot, and extremely great water pressure shower! I still miss the shower :)
I would stay here again and again - it was located right in the heart of Shinjuku, with restaurants, shopping, and all the nightlife you can handle! Great location, great staff, clean and ample space, and an awesome shower - I would recommend this location to everyone that is considering staying in Shinjuku!"
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
2/10 Terrible
"Restaurant was beyond rude to my two teen boys who came down for dinner. They would barely serve them, refused to provide a to-go box for their leftovers, and my older son had to track them down after they had his credit card for payment for over 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. One of my boys woke up throwing up at 11:30 pm and the other had bad stomach cramps. Coincidence? I think not."
