"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"If u are paying 30$ a night its fair, the shower is small but functional. There isnt really space to eat food in there so I would recommend eating out and just sleeping there.
There's a station 2 min walk away and a bunch of food options walking distance away."

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"Pros: The room was excellent for two adults and two teenagers going to DisneySea. The shuttle to the Disney park was very easy to use. On our first day we didn’t pay attention and accidentally got off at the first stop which was Disneyland. We ended up taking the monorail to DisneySea from Disneyland, but the return ride home and the second day was all perfect. The room had an electric foot massager for our sore feet after walking - it was so nice! Don’t hesistate to try it!
We used Sagawa for luggage shipping at the hotel - they were cash only so make sure you bring cash and ship it a day ahead of when you need it.
Location: right next to the train station, so many options for dinner there, Lawson’s was downstairs, never had to worry about food options.
Cons: Laundry was very busy at night and dryers leave your clothes damp. Be prepared to air dry some of your clothes. The welcome lounge with free drinks and candy bar sounded nice, but it felt a little bit like a zoo down there with kids running around like it was a playground. Floors were sticky, cotton candy station was nice but also sticky. We stopped by for a quick drink a couple times in the evening but the scene was not for us. Not a big deal, we were at DisneySea during the day and evenings.
Overall an excellent location and hotel for visitors going to Disney!! Lots of families with young children at this hotel. "
"Clean room and comfortable beds. Laundry room was clean, very busy at night as expected. Family mart was located downstairs, super convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast before the day’s activities. Foreign money exchange machine was in the lobby. Wenforgot to get yen at the airport so this was convenient for us. The train station (JE line) was just a short 4min walk away, made transferring to the metro lines to go to shibuya and shinjuku really easy. Staff were nice and helpful. We utilized a luggage transfer service they recommended and everything went smoothly. Overall a clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel! I strongly recommend it and would stay here again! "
"While the Shinagawa station area is undergoing construction the hotel still offers good value and a convenient place to stay if your aiming to go between Tokyo and Shibuya area."
"Very nicely designed hotel, clean and safe. Staff is efficient and kind, they speak perfect english. Rooms are small but normal for region.
Only real downside is AC is controlled for the whole building, I found the rooms could get warm."
