The apartment is located directly on the sandy beach of the beautiful bay of San Marcos, in Icod de los Vinos, in the north of the island. This apartment has a fantastic sea view, a balcony and a pleasant sound of the sea. Here you can expect rest, tranquility and relaxation. There is a supermarket on site, some very good fish restaurants, an Italian, some bars and also a pharmacy. If you are looking for more shopping possibilities, you are in max. 5 minutes by car in Icod, or 20 minutes in Puerto de la Cruz. Those arriving without a car will find a bus stop 50 m from the house. The landlord's representative lives in the same place, in Icod de los Vinos. He hands over the key and is also happy to help and advise. The apartment is on the 5th Floor of a house that is equipped with two elevators. These lead both down to the beach and up to the parking lots. Parking is also available on the beach. The beautiful balcony invites you to enjoy. Especially in the evening, when the sun sets over the sea, pure romance arises here. The balcony is separated from the apartment by a large glass door. In the apartment there is a large sofa bed, two bedrooms, each with a large bed (160 x 200 cm and 135 x 190 cm), TV / Smart TV, a dining table with 4 chairs, built-in wardrobes, bed linen, covers of very good quality, one Kitchen with lots of kitchen utensils and a kettle and a very well-kept shower room with shower cubicle and with sufficient hand and shower towels and hair dryer. It's a nice little appartement, exactly as described, with a stunning view of the ocean and very nice located in the very north of the island. The owner is very kind and helpful in every possible situation.
San Marcos is a small quiet, laid-back resort with a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a handful of bars and restaurants.
The apartment is well furnished, with everything needed for self-catering and the bed was particularly comfortable. The outdoor balcony is the highlight of the apartment and we spent more time there than anywhere else. The views of the sea are spectacular and only a few metres away. The internet connection was strong which was good as we were there for over three weeks and needed good internet to catch up on work. In March there was no problem with spaces to park a car. If you don't have a car, there is a very regular bus service to the local town of Icod for bigger shops and to see the tree.
Right from the beginning, our host was helpful and proactive and did much more than expected when helping us with a problem with our car. Our host's ability to speak English was very helpful with this problem.

This is a very clean and well presented apartment in a small fishing village. The balcony overlooks the beach, harbour and bay. We have enjoyed meals and drinks just relaxing and taking in the view and enjoying the sounds of the sea. A very relaxing break indeed! The apartment is well equipped and has everything we could need. Thank you!
We had a thoroughly enjoyable week at this apartment, located in a quiet and beautiful spot on the north coast. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and a real pleasure to stay in. The views (especially the sunsets from the balcony) were to die for, and the bustling little fishing port of San Marcos was just lovely!
No need to walk more than 100 meters to eat or drink, with at least five restaurants and a couple of bars to hand. The beach, whilst popular, was never overcrowded.
We drove out for lovely walking, both coastal and inland, and will certainly be back as soon as possible. Thank you for a most enjoyable break!
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke kann man sich mit dem Nötigsten versorgen. Gute Fischrestaurants sind direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und sind von dort aus zu den Startpunkten verschiedener Wanderungen gefahren.
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours! Tenerife est un delice en novembre et l'appartement de José idéalement situé pour profiter du soleil et de la plage ! Nous recommandons !
Das perfekt ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Appartment ist ein guter Standort, um den Norden, den Westen und die Mitte der Insel zu erkunden. Auch das östliche Ende der Insel ist gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr gut.
Vom Balkon im 5. Stock hat man einen schönen Ausblick über die Bucht von San Marcos, zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Nettes, sehr umsichtig eingerichtetes Apartment mit Blick auf Bucht und Atlantik vom Balkon, Sonne ab Mittag und Meeresrauschen rund um die Uhr. Also alles prima, und wenn dann noch das Spannbetttuch da bliebe, wo es sein sollte…
Man verlässt diesen Ort nur ungern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der kleine Strand, der Fischerhafen, nette Bars und kleine Geschäfte gleich vorm Haus. Bus direkt nach Icod und Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Empfehlenswert.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet med sköna sängar. Fullt utrustad. Ligger dock i en mörk vik med stora vågor,
Pytte lite by i en mörk och djup vik med svart sand och stora vågor, vi vågade inte ens bada. Bra bussförbindelser för att göra utflykter. Några få restauranger och en liten affär. Lägenhet fräsch med sköna sängar och välutrustad.
Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire en amont de la periode de location. Au moment de l'arrivée, nous étions attendu par la personne de confiance de José Pérez. Un appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme de bord de mer. Restaurants en bas de l'immeuble, épicerie à 2 mn.
Le logement est confortable et très bien pensé avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une jolie terrasse face à la mer pour profiter du panorama. On s'y sent bien.

The apartment is right next to the water lovely to listen to the sea whilst nodding off. It was very clean albeit a little dated. small but fully equipped kitchen, and San Marcos is so restful off season. We hope to book again in 2022. Juan was always very helpful with any issues. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Von dem großen Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht von San Marcos. Zu dem kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Abgesehen von den schon genannten Lokalen vor Ort, gibt es in Icod und Garachico eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Mit dem Auto kann man von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, er hat uns immer über alles Wichtige informiert.
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt, trotz Maskenpflicht (Corona) haben wir uns gut erholt. Wir konten durch die Lage, direkt am kleinen Strand von San Marcos, morgens noch vor dem Frühstück gleich ins Wasser. Das Quartier ist sauber und ordendlich. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir durchweg eine gute Kommunikation. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es 2 Restaurants, eine Apotheke und einen kleinen Tante-Ema -Laden. Für größere Einkäufe kann man den Bus nehmen oder solte einen Mitwagen haben. Wir können dieses Quartier ruhigrn Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
Die Wohnung war insgesamt OK und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat sie gestimmt. Die Lage in Icod de los vinos war sehr gut als Ausgangsposition für unsere Wanderungen. Bezüglich der Adresse bei der Google-Suche empfehle ich Playa San Marcos, Icod de los vinos anzugeben.
Hemos pasado una semana en familia de maravillosa desconexión en vuestro apartamento. Muy espacioso y bien equipado. Muy agradable la sorpresa de la bahía de San Marcos, pequeño puerto pesquero, playa familiar no masificada y alejada del turismo de masas. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones agradables, varios restaurantes, tienda de alimentación, farmacia y algún bar de copas. Agradecimiento especial al propietario José que en todo momento estuvo a nuestra disposición aconsejándonos rutas y lugares de interés para visitar, restaurantes para comer,..., también agradecer a su colaborador Juan haber estado pendiente de que no nos faltase nada, incluso el día de nuestra llegada nos tenia reservada una mesa en uno de los restaurante de la playa (buen pescado y muy buena paella). Recomendamos el apartamento, En cuanto tengamos otra oportunidad repetiremos.
