"Stayed here with my daughter who was attending a school function downtown. We arrived late and the overnight staff at the desk were so nice and helpful, also assisted me with getting a late checkout. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was fully stocked and fresh and once again the staff very nice. Will stay again next time we are in Toledo. "

"Good hotel, would definitely stay again. The rooms are nice, Had a loose tile in bathroom but loved room otherwise. The front desk lady wasn’t rude or anything but wouldn’t say she was friendly either. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about; potatoes were cold and mainly just omelettes to choose from other than oatmeal and pancakes."

"The room appeared to be one of the cleaner rooms I have stayed in as far as hotels go. No bugs, just a fly. My biggest problem was the height of the toilet, definitely not the standard size. It was way to low to the floor, I lost my balance trying to sit on it, also no microwave in room( my fault for not checking). I thought all big hotels for the most part had microwave in the rooms, and the walls are not sound proof. I could hear people snoring in the next room, I also heard them answer their phone. Our room was by the elevator, heard it all night, and the refreshment station. I didn't get a lot of sleep."

"Assembly restaurant was amazing the staff there was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Terrance and Monica definitely made my three day stay amazing. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again."

"This place, in my opinion, is a DUMP! I went with my daughters this past weekend for dance competition. The dust/smudges/dirt on the surfaces, in the shower, hair in the bathroom sink, carpet felt "moist." The noise from the floor above was ridiculous. We could hear EVERY step taken. There was a wad of gum stuck on the nightstand; clear indication that there is NO cleaning being done at this location! The dust on the lampshade was so THICK!! The breakfast options, though "free," were still mediocre. The place looks like it's stuck in the 70's/80's. After expressing my issues with the woman at the front desk, she wasn't accommodating, She didn't offer any possible solutions and REFUSED to work with me. Told me if I checked out I'd simply lose my money that I'd paid for the room. Expedia contacted the property to try to come to a resolution and the desk clerk still REFUSED to refund my money (like it was HER money,) but expedia worked with me, got my onekey cash account loaded and my family and I were able to move to a more modern, clean facility, with NO issues. THANKS EXPEDIA for your excellent customer service!"

"Breakfast was a good start to the day! Matthew and the rest of the staff were helpful. Hot tub was not hot enough but when we mentioned that the lady that was filling the towels did her job and asked someone to turn the hot tub up and Matthew came and took care of that. Matthew was helpful at breakfast also. He deserves a raise as well as the rest of the staff! Thanks"
