Have good restaurant and ice cream shop in 2 mins nearby. The owner of the place is very nice and polite. Fast response to messages and calls. Also shared a lot of histories and travel tips of Kotor. "DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. "The front desk was extremely rude to me and said that they did not have my reservation, all the rooms are fully booked and told me to find somewhere else to stay. After a while of me not leaving because I already paid, they gave me a manager to speak to on the phone who told me I had to pay and extra 160 euros (on top of what I already paid through expedia) then they can give me a room. The room they offered was not even the room with a balcony sea view that I originally booked through Expedia....

"Overall a great place to stay. We had a couple of issues on our first day but these were resolved immediately. The apartments were difficult to find despite the owner's instructions. We were asked to call in at Restaurant Parma who would phone the owners for us but they were quite unhelpful. Maybe the owners could provide a pinpoint on a map rather than directions? "The position of the house was perfect for us and it was a wonderful relaxing holiday. The hamlet was quiet with the taverna/shop only 2 minutes walk away for essentials. The 100 steps to the jetty was a nice walk and kept us fit. The garden had a lovely view of the bay. It was great for a beach holiday without sand getting everywhere. "The hotel is beautiful - very new and clean. The pools are very nice and the views of Kotor Bay are spectacular. The beach area is nice though a bit rocky with pebbles. The main downside of this hotel is the road leading to Kotor’s old town - It’s so narrow with no shoulder or curb on the water side and no place for pedestrians. We sometimes had to back up to let another car go by. Until this road is fixed and made safer and more drivable, I suggest the hotel offer a regular ferry service from the hotel to the old town area for guests. "
