The hotel was amazing , all the staff were very friendly and professional, very helpful, every single staff member were smiling all the time, even when they had worked a lot of hours, nothing was to much trouble for them, right across the board, restaurants staff, bar staff house keeping staff , entertainment staff, all of them an amazing team that made our hoilday perfect . It was our first time going to a Riu hotel and we will certainly be going back, I work in hospitality so I know how hard it is , and I could tell that the staff all mix in together brilliant and thank you for an amazing time with entertainment every night perfect . Great getaway property
"Had a great time at the villa. Villa has loads of space . Not ideal with amount of stairs to the property but when you see the view its all worth it. We enjoyed the area as we had a car to get into santa cruz (15/20min drive) but we enjoyed walks around the village and along to the beach."

Fabulous place. NO privacy
"Every thing you could need was supplied in the casita but constant walkers and hikers in front by the sea and on the walkway above the cabin led to no privacy at all. 15 min walk from parked car to cabin with 47 steps!"
