"The hotel was a great location that was close to everything. The staff was amazing! There were stairs for sure but they had someone to help with bags. They even set us up with a tour to murano included in the cost. We had a room with a view of the Rialto bridge and I couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to in the morning."

However, no antibacterial soap in the bathroom. Unfortunately can’t more stars as check in was very difficult, with unclear instructions. We had paid city tax through Expedia then asked again to pay city tax when we arrived at the property. Following this, after checking out and arriving back in the UK was asked for a further payment of city tax. "
