Perfect
Gigantic beach, golden sunsets, delicious food at local restaurants. We bicycled for miles. Aveiro is a beautiful town.

Very nice property right across the beach with ocean view.

Perfect in every way!
Excellent location, near everything but away from the crowds. Directly across from picturesque beach. Incredible views. Convenient off street parking. Spotless apartment with fluffy towels, super comfy bed, tasteful furnishings and thoughtful amenities in the kitchen. Just perfect for our 10 day stay!

Amazing place
Very well furnished apartment, very clean, very cozy, everything you need is there. Hosts were very friendly and prompt. The view is amazing, the beach is 2 steps across the road and the sunsets are truly magical. There is bars, shops, grocery shops in walking distance. I will return this summer and i recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a very nice beach apartment, you wont be sorry. Thanks Leonor!

Beautiful apartment in stunning location.
Fantastically well furnished and equipped apartment. Clean, tidy and with everything you need. Incredibly close to a fantastic beach. Stunning sunsets, perfect sand and massive waves. Couldn't have asked for anything more!!

Logement et emplacement très bien
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances face à la plage. Seul petit bémol, pas de place de parking privé mais on arrive à trouver pas très loin. Super semaine merci.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung an perfekter Lage
Die Wohnung liess keine Wünsche offen, sie war riesig und sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet, alles war vorhanden. Die Küche hatte alle Geräte, die man sich wünschen würde. Die Gastgeber waren so herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch alle Stranduntensilien waren vorhanden, wie Windschutz, Sonnenschirm, Strandspiele,.. Auch Wifi in Wohnung vorhanden. Jeden Abend bewunderten wir den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Direkt vor der Wohnung hat es Duschen, wenn man vom Strand kommt, sehr praktisch. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss bei einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, bei einer Superbäckerei. Restaurants hat es rundherum. Parkieren kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Porto ist super in einer Stunde per Zug von Aveiro (10 Min. mit Auto entfernt) erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung buchen :) !!!

Magiska solnedgångar
När vi planerade vår semester i Portugal så föll vi för detta hus. Det finns charm med gammalt och nytt. Balkongen var flitigt använd på kvällarna då vi satt och njöt av ett glas vin medans vi tittade på solnedgångarna. Det mesta finns inom gångavstånd, mataffär, fiskmarknaden och restauranger. Ägarinnan Leonor var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam när vi behövde hjälp. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka för den fridfulla miljön som vi upplevde det. Perfekt ställe om man vill bo vid havet samt kunna utforska Portugal.

Maison superbe !
La maison de Leonor est magnifique ! Très bien située, en face de la mer. La cuisine a tout le nécéssaire pour bien faire les repas et nous avons beaucoup apprécier la collection de DVD. Belles chambres bien décorées. Sans la gentillesse de Leonor de nous avoir permis de stationner dans l'entrée, ça aurait été moins confortable... Merci à Leonor et à Belino de leur sympathique accueil ! Maria et Armando

Alles entsprach mindestens der Beschreibung - herrlich
Wir wurden auch mitten in der Nacht (0 h 15) herzlich von der Hausherrin empfangen, die uns sogar mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat. Alles war stilvoll eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgerüstet, Spielzeug und Puppenstube im speziellen Spielzimmer, Klappsessel für den Strand. Perfekte Infrastruktur auf der Halbinsel, sonst 5 min nach Aveiro fahren....Würde es jeder Zeit nochmal machen.

Five starts!! Must stay if traveling to Costa Nova
My family stayed at this beautiful home facing costa Nova beach this summer for 9 nights. Everything was fantastic from the start. Leonor (the owner) was very helpful and accommodating. The house was everything you could possibly need, including lots of space (we have a 1 year old and he is always on the move, so he was very happy here too) The view is breathtaking and the sunsets and incredible. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. We can't want for our next trip to Portugal, eill certainly return to this costa Nova apartment. Sandra Toronto, Canada

Appartement ideal pour les vacances !
Nous avons passé des agréables vacances dans cet appartement ! L'appartement est très bien situé, juste en face du plage, il est très bien équipé et propre. Les propriétaires sont gentils et ils étaient à notre écoute. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Nous recommanderons cet appartement à nos amis et à notre famille et nous espérons de revenir un jour et passer des vacances dans cet appartement .

séjour impeccable
réponse immédiate, accueil à l'heure prévue, appartement comme décrit (vue mer, propre, bien équipé) et très calme en ce début d'avril, super pour relaxer avec tout le confort, se promener sur la plage, visiter, faire les achats et manger (tout à proximité et aussi ouvert hors saison).....Aveiro, Porto, Coimbra à moins d'un heure...
