Beautiful property but the whole building is uneven, floors have big dips in them, the stairs are on a slant and so is the landing so quite dangerous for anyone with balance problems. No washing machine either!

Good think about Ilkeston is that there are buses every 15 minutes to Nottingham. Unfortunately whenever you drive through Ilkeston you will enevitably get stuck behind one.
