Alanya Hotel Guide - Illusion Event Hall hotels in Alanya, Türkiye.

"Very clean suites, well equipped. Staff were very friendly and attentive, day and night front desk staff. We were given sandwiches when the gal found out we couldn’t eat them because we were going out super early that was very nice and thoughtful Shout out with the breakfast staff too, Excellent breakfast healthy but we wish different varieties especially if you are staying 7-10, in our case we stayed 10 days. Great location, we would highly recommend."

"Very modern, nice, and clean rooms, helpful staff, the food was awesome!"

"Great staff, pools are nice. We felt welcomed and everyone were so nice. Room-cleaning wasn't perfect but enough. Plus cleaning staff were so nice people (not something I have always experienced on holidays). Great place, good location. Would go again!"

"Very poor and bad service"

"Front desk staff was amazing and super helpful. Facility and room nice. All inclusive is not covering cocktails and only certain spirits which is a negative."

"A very nice hotel, its location is beautiful and the best is the staff are very nice, especially Hussein, the best person we met in Turkey"

"This hotel was really disgusting. Everything was so dirty. Mattresses were full with blood and urin. In Bath was Tap broken and there was everywhere urin smell. This hotel description was totally different in Expedia app. That is really cheating and lies in app. I will never recommend this hotel anyone. We were having booking for 6 nights and they create such a scene that we have reservation only for 5 days. They have spoiled our full day. I will never trust Expedia anymore. "

"You can stay there, take a hot shower and sleep. In the morning you can enjoy the mountains view from the balcony. Very convenient location in terms of the bus station - the hotel is right there. Personnel is friendly and positive. There will be shampoo, shower gel and soap in the bathroom. It's not luxury, as expected."

"Temiz degildi. İmkanlar azdı"
