If it's your first time travelling during the COVID-19 outbreak, you'll no doubt notice a few more regulations and rules in place. Follow these tips and make your journey to Ilot Maitre go off without a hitch:

• Keep your face mask on even during airport screening. A TSA employee will require you to adjust your mask to verify your identity.
• Instead of handing a TSA employee your boarding pass, position it directly on the reader yourself. After that, hold it up for inspection.
• One liquid hand sanitizer container is now allowed in your carry-on baggage. It must be no bigger than 12 oz (350 ml), and you'll need to take it out of your bag at the X-ray machine for screening.
• Empty everything from your pocket, such as your wallet, phone and small change, and put them in your carry-on instead of into bins. This will reduce handling during the screening process.
• If you want to take food through the screening checkpoint, place it in a clear plastic bag and then into a screening bin. This lessens the likelihood that a TSA agent will need to handle your carry-on bag or food container for closer inspection.
